Discontinuation of Online Alert Service
Valued Farmers State Bank Customer,
Our records indicate that you have used the account alerts service available via FSB online banking. Effective July 30, 2021, this feature will no longer be available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and invite you to try our other account monitoring services, which are listed below. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding this change.
- Card Valet App – available to download in your app store. Use your FSB debit card information to sign up.
- Debit Card Transaction Alerts: tap the Alerts & Controls bell below your card image to begin setting up transaction alerts.
- Low Account Balance Alerts: tap the Account Balances button below your card image. Select an account to see the low balance alert option.
- FSBOAKLEY MOBILE BANKING App – available to download in your app store. Use your existing online or mobile banking credentials to sign in or sign up as a new user.
- Instant Balance Check: go to the More tab and tap Instant Balance to select accounts. Once turned on, simply open the TouchBanking app and tap the Instant Balance button at the top of the login screen to view your selected account balances without logging in.
- Credit Monitoring Alerts: tap My Credit Score to start. Locate the Resources tab and tap Profile Settings to manage email alerts regarding your credit activity.
- Online Banking – log in at www.fsboakley.com
- Credit Monitoring Alerts: click on the Credit Tool in the lower right-hand corner of online banking. Locate the Resources tab and click Profile Settings to manage email alerts regarding your credit activity.
